1.disable IE 7 protected mode for local intranet.

   2.install jinitiator 1.3 and configure it in normal as on xp.

   3. inatall jre-6u6-windows-i586-p-iftw
   
   4. replace the jvm.dll file from " C:\programe Files\java\jre1.6.0\bin\clint" to "c:\programe Files\orocal\jinitiator 1.3.1.9\bin\hotspot"
